〔三〕应当使用标准的汉字，进口保健食品应当有中文标签和说明书。
〔四〕计量单位采用国家法定的计量单位。
〔五〕不得以误导性的文字、图形、符号描述或暗示某一保健食品或保健食品的某一性质与另一产品的相似或相同。
〔六〕标签不得与包装物〔容器〕别离。不得以粘贴、剪切、涂改等方式进行修改或者补充。

第十条 保健食品标签还应当符合以下要求：
〔一〕保健食品标签最大展示面积版面应当标注保健食品标志、保健食品名称和本品不能代替药物等警示性内容。
〔二〕保健食品标志应当标注在版面的左上角，颜色为蓝色，当版面的外表积大于100平方厘米时，保健食品标志最宽处的宽度不得小于2厘米。
〔三〕保健食品名称不得擅自添加其它的商标或商品名。名称字体可大小有别，字体以面积计差异不得大于2倍，应当大于其它内容的文字。除名称外，可以使用汉语拼音、少数民族文字或外文，应当与汉字有直接的对应关系，且不得大于相应的汉字。
〔四〕“不适宜人群〞的字体应略大于“适宜人群〞字体。
〔五〕生产企业名称、地址的标注应当与保健食品生产许可证载明的企业名称、地址一致。委托生产的保健食品，应当分别标注委托企业、受委托企业的名称和地址及受委托企业的生产许可证证号；生产企业注册地和生产〔办公地〕不在同一地址的，应分别标注。
〔六〕包装最大外表面积大于35cm2时，标注内容的文字、符
