三、培养责任人
    储藏干部培养培训的主要责任人各级各单位的中高层主管和经理是储藏干部培养主要责任人。人力资源部辅助培养,主要提供技术支持、管理方案方案的设计、配合各级各单位的中高层主管和经理、提供咨询等效劳。
    公司成立储藏干部培养委员会,主要成员包括公司高层、各部门经理人员、相关专家及人力资源部门。委员会对储藏干部的培养进行整体的规划和监控指导。
四、贮备储藏干部等级分类
    储藏干局部为五个等级,即E类、D类、C类、B类、A类,每一培训周期对应相应的等级,只有通过考核合格才能上升一个等级,并接受相应的培训。
