课题背景
当今,自动化控制系统已在各行各业得到广泛的应用和发展,而自动调速控制系统的应用在现代化生产中起着尤为重要的作用,直流调速系统是自动控制系统的主要形式。
由可控硅整流装置供应可调电压的直流调速系统(简称KZ—D系统)和旋转变流机组及其它静止变流装置相比,不仅在经济性和可靠性上有很大提高,而且在技术性能上也显示出较大的优越性。
可控硅虽然有许多优点,但是它承受过电压和过电流的能力较差,很短时间的过电压和过电流就会把器件损坏。为了使器件能够可靠地长期运行,必须针对过电压和过电流发生的原因采用恰当的保护措施。为此,在变压器二次侧并联电阻和电容构成交流侧过电压保护;在直流负载侧
