　　地下停车库的耐火等级应为一级，Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类的停车库、修车库，重要停车库和甲、乙类物品运输车的停车库、修车库，其耐火等级不应低于二级，Ⅳ类的停车库、修车库，其耐火等级不应低于三级。
　　注：贮存物品的火灾危险性分类应按照现行的《建筑设计防火规范》的有关规定执行。
第三章总平面布局和平面布置
第一节一般规定
　　在进行汽车库(区)总平面设计时，应合理确定防火间距，消防车道和消防给水。
　　汽车库不应布置在易燃、可燃液体和可燃气体的生产装置区和贮存区内。
　　 Ⅰ、Ⅱ类停车库，修车库宜单独建造。Ⅲ、Ⅳ类停车库、修车库可贴邻设在无明火作业的丁、戊类厂房、库房旁或附设在其底部。
　　注：生产的火灾危险性分类应按现行的《建筑设计防火规范》的有关规定执行。
　　停车库可设在高层、多层民用建筑的底部或贴邻建造。但不应直接设在人员密集的公共场所和哺乳室、托儿所、幼儿园、病房等的上面、下面或贴邻建造。
　　修车库不应设在民用建筑内。
