企业经营沙盘模拟角色任务与作用
企业经营沙盘模拟试验中，企业主要角色有CEO、财务总监、采购总监、物流总监、销售总监、市场总监、商业间谍。
我在此次沙盘模拟试验中担任的是物流总监的角色，对于信息专业的我此次收获颇多。
角色的任务与作用
CEO
负责制定和实施公司总体战略与年度经营计划：主持公司日常经营管理工作，实现公司经营管理目标和发展目标。
在企业经营沙盘模拟试验中，企业重要决策均由CEO带领团队成员共同决定，如果团队成员意见相左，由CEO拍板决定。作出有利于企业发展的决策是CEO的最大职责，同时CEO还要负责企业按流程进行。
财务总监
清晰掌握资产负债表、利润表的结构；掌握资本流转如何影响损益；解读企业经营的全局；预估长短期资金需求，以最佳方式筹资，控制融资成本，提高资金使用效率；理解现金流对企业经营的影响。
