一、工程概况：
1、本工程建设单位为：浙江智通科技股份有线公司上海分公司；建设地点：上海市宝安公路北
2、本期总建筑面积为2513㎡。
二、工程招标范围：
1、业主编制要求中确定的范围
三、编制依据：
1、业主提供的由南通勘察设计院设计的施工图。
2、GB50500-2008《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》、2004年《江苏省建筑工程计价表》、2004年《江苏省安装工程计价表》、2009年《江苏省建设工程费用定额》，苏建价【2011】812号文件。
3、业主提供的其他编制依据
4、本工程的所有单位工程全部未计算税金。
四、工程质量及工期要求：详见招标文件。
五、工程类别：所有工程为三类。
六、人工、材料、机械费：
1、暂定价材料为：有可能由业主提供或是专业分包。
2、其他材料：参照上海市当月信息指导价。
4、人工、机械费：人工单价执行苏建价【2011】812号文件相关规定。
