摘要:2008 年以来,我国经济又好又快的基本面仍然没有改变,经济增速稳步回落。上
半年,国内生产总值 130619 亿元,同比增长 %,增速同比回落个百分点。受其影
响,上半年全社会用电量达到 16909 亿千瓦时,同比增长 %,增速同比回落个百分
点。受电煤供应不足、冰灾等因素影响,全国 21 个省级电网出现电力供需紧张。
综合判断,2008 年我国经济仍将保持较快增长,GDP 增速在 10%左右,较 2007 年略
有回落。在此基础上预测 2008 年我国电力需求将达到 36070 亿千瓦时,同比增长 %。
迎峰度夏期间全国电力供需形势偏紧,其中华东、华中、华北、南方电网电力供需形势偏紧;
东北、西北电网电力供需总体平衡。
