〔二〕通村公路维修情况
全镇全年投入10万元用于村道维修，涉及31个建制村，。确保了已修村道路面整洁、边坡稳定，排水沟通畅、路肩完好，路况良好。
三、主要措施
〔一〕提高认识，加强领导。
为确保农村公路建设的顺利进行，镇党委、镇政府年初就就开会研究把任务分配到各工作片，安排了专门的工作经费，分管领导负责协调和质量监管，片线领导、驻村干部负责修路过程中的矛盾纠纷调处及工作进度。并成立六都寨镇农村公路为民办实事工程建设领导小组，由书记罗少文任组长，制定有关管理考核方法，对工程实施进行监督管理，政协工联委主任刘艳菲任副组长，对工程的实施现场管理及工程的招投标工作。成员有孙飞、莫运提、杨光伟等十人，做到每个工程至少有一名镇干部作为跟踪效劳的联系人；做到每个工程都有人抓、有人管，确保工程按期开工建设，按期完成建设目标任务。对本镇农村公路为民办实事工程进行细化、量化，层层分解，责任到人，确保农村公路为民办实事工程建设目标任务顺利完成。

〔二〕是精心组织，把握三个环节。首先是注重宣传，取得共识。我们通过多种形式向村干部和群众宣传通村公路相关政策，明确了四个观点：〔1〕要致富先修路，势在必行；〔2〕谁受益谁负担是相应的个人义务；〔3〕周边乡镇进度快，行动早，我们又落后了；〔4〕国家优惠政策不可能无限期延续支持。其次是明确任务，落实责任。主要领导逢会必讲，亲自下村催促进度，解决建设中的问题。村干部已感觉群众的信任、肩上的责任，自加压力，把修路当做一件政治任务来抓，多方筹措资金，使公路得以顺利开工建设。再次是民主理事，加强监督。各村按照群众推选的方式，产生了修路领导小组，负责资金筹措、施工队确定、质量监管、账目结算的全过程。
〔三〕是严把质量关。坚持做到现场监督，按通村公路质量标准和要求，对路基清理、材料配比、路面铺设工序等全程监管。取得了明显的成效。丰乐村在全县范围内率先使用#425高标号水泥和民用碎石，。
2022年以来，我镇农村公路建设工作，在镇党委、镇政府及相关部门的指导下，围绕村道路建设工作全面铺开，取得了很大成效，方便了群众出行，也极大的促进了全镇经济的开展。但仍存在一些缺乏，在实施进度、宣传发动等方面仍需加强。在今后的工作中，我镇将积极探索，进一步完善我镇公路管理建设制度，力争取得更大突破。
