文档介绍:I 摘要智能楼宇系统是综合计算机、信息通信等方面的最先进技术[1],使建筑物内的电力、空调、照明、防灾、防盗、运输设备等协调工作,实现建筑物自动化(BA)、通信自动化(CA)、办公自动化(OA)、安全保卫自动化系统(SAS )和消防自动化系统(FAS ), 将这 5 种功能结合起来的建筑,外加结构化综合布线系统( SCS ),结构化综合网络系统( SNS ),智能楼宇综合信息管理自动化系统( MAS ),就是智能楼宇[2]。使用该系统的楼宇具有良好的信息接收和反应能力,从而提高工作效率;具有更高的安全、舒适和高效便捷性;具有良好的节能效果。对空调、照明等设备的有效控制, 不但提供了舒适的环境,还有显著的节能效果(一般节能达 15~20% ) [3] 。并且可以节省设备运行维护费用。一方面系统能正常运行,发挥其作用可降低机电系统的维护成本, 另一方面由于系统的高度集成,操作和管理也高度集中,人员安排更合理,从而使人工成本降到最底[4]。预期项目包括以下功能模块:登录模块、HR/SOA 模块、园区能源管理模块、与门禁系统,电视监控,火灾报警,防盗报警,信息发布,智能灯光等子系统的集成、并使之可以通过 IE浏览器来访问,控制并管理。由于该项目属于集成项目,受限于子系统的进度,智能灯光,门禁等子系统尚未调试完成所以相关模块没有实际的效果。关键词: IBMS ;物联网;智能楼宇;企业信息化 II Abstract Intelligent Building Management System puter and munication and other aspects of the most advanced technology tom ake the power, air conditioning, lighting, disaster prevention, security, transportation equipment within buildings coordination , realize of building automation (BA), Communication Automation (CA ), office automation (OA), security automation system (SAS) and the Fire Automation System (FAS), the building bines the functions of these five kinds systems, plus structured cabling system (SCS), structure of the work system (SNS ), Intelligent Building Automation System Integrated Information Management (MAS), is the intelligent buildings.
