第八条 本合作社在高县农业行政主管部门的指导、协调和监督下，开展生产经营活动。

第二章 成 员
第九条 具有民事行为能力的公民和从事与本合作社业务直接有关的生产经营活动的企业、事业单位或社会团体，成认并遵守本章程，履行本章程规定的参加手续，可申请成为本合作社成员。本合作社成员以农民为主〔农户占社员总数的80%以上〕。
第十条 参加本合作社须履行以下程序：
〔一〕提交书面申请，承诺遵守章程规定的各项义务，承诺按章程规定出资；
〔二〕经本合作社成员大会〔或理事会〕审核并讨论通过。
第十一条 本合作社成员享有以下权利：
〔一〕参加成员〔代表〕大会，并享有表决权、选举权和被选举权；按照章程规定对本社实行民主管理。
〔二〕利用本合作社提供的各项效劳和各种生产经营设施；
〔三〕按照章程规定或者成员大会决议分享盈余；
〔四〕查阅本社的章程、成员名册、成员大会或者成员代表大会记录、理事会会议决议、监事会会议决议、财务会计报告和会计账簿；
