三、成立组织
利辛一职高创立“文明校园〞领导小组
组 长：杜 牡
副组长：王之义、王维峰、潘怀士
成 员：居 铭、王利中、张子耀、孙怀志、武志刚、张 玲、江杰明
各班班主任
领导小组下设办公室，办公室主任由张子耀兼任。
四、创立任务
1、以师德师风建设为载体，强化“教书育人〞，促进教师职业道德建设。
切实加强教师的职业道德教育，进一步完善健全学校德育工作体系，充分发挥学校党支部的作用，关心教师成长、为教师参与学校民主管理搭建平台，畅通教师思想交流渠道。进一步加强法律、法规教育，引导教师自觉学****遵守?公民道德建设实施纲要?、?教师法?、?中小学教师职业道德标准?等相关教育法律、法规。树立教师忠于职守、开拓进取、乐于奉献的道德风气，增强效劳意识和大局意识，树立学校新形象。
以爱岗敬业、为人师表、热爱学生作为师德教育的重点，把标准教育教学行为作为对教师管理的切入点，加强师德考核和绩效考核，标准教师行为。建立和完善学校鼓励机制和制约机制，定期开展
