2008年初总结的现在看来很幼稚的西医治疗的几点结论：
1、我们家小孩西药氟哌啶片完全可以控制症状，但目前必须维持低剂量用药，该中药疗效不明显；
2、西药治疗成本低：每年不足20元，中药3个月医疗程约1500元；

3、西药副作用情况分析：根据有关文献资料：氟哌啶片的血液浓度为2~6ng/ml时，药物有疗效但可认为无副作用的范围。根据小孩体重25kg推算，血液总体积约为25*8%*1000=2000ml，其可认为无副作用的氟哌啶片为2~6*10-6*2000=4~12mg，即2~6片，如果根据每天最大值1/2片计算，10天为氟哌啶片累积期间（文献资料为4~7天），氟哌啶片累积量为5mg，也可以认为在无副作用的范围，如果维持1/4、1/5、1/6、1/8、1/10、1/12、1/16片/次的话，更应认为在无副作用范围。何况还有同剂量的安胆有减轻副作用的作用。
4、中医讲：是药三分毒，我认为如果连续服用中药，但仍不能停药的话，不宜服用中药,可以改为低剂量的西药。
5、根据有关文献介绍,每种药都只适合特定人群,并不是包治的，每个小孩都有自己的可适用的药和药量，据文献介绍氟哌啶片治疗不愈的,完全可以用硫必利治愈。为此，我对中药控制此症状，谨慎保留！
