3、乙方负责承当诊所所有科室的宣传推广费用，宣传推广内容必须甲方签字同意。
〔二〕、口腔科正常营业阶段
乙方拥有口腔科的经营管理权，同时应遵守甲方的规章制度。甲方有权对口腔科的日常医务工作进行监督。
〔三〕、口腔科的收支管理。
口腔科的收入属于乙方，口腔科每天的收入由诊所收费处统一收费管理，每月15日结算上月费用〔双方凭票据核对〕，口腔科的支出费用由乙方自行管理。
三、 禁止行为
1、未经诊所负责人同意，禁止乙方私自以合伙名义进行业务活动；如其业务获得利益归诊所所有，造成损失按实际损失赔偿并承当相应责任。
2、禁止乙方在同一区域经营与诊所竞争的业务。
3、禁止乙方在本区域与他人签订其他合作协议。

4、如乙方违反上述各条，应按实际损失赔偿，并承当投资额100%以上违约责任。
四、协议的终止及终止后的事项
1、协议因以下事由之一得终止：①合作期届满；②甲乙双方同意终止合作关系；③不可抗拒因素导致协议无法存续，④乙方发生重大医疗纠纷、过失事故导致协议无法履行，⑤本诊所发生了法律规定的解散事由，致使合作关系无法存续、合作协议终止，合作关系消灭。
2、合作终止后的事项：①双方结清口腔科收入，科室租金及管理费②清算后如有亏损，不管乙方出资多少，先以投资财产归还，财产缺乏清偿的局部，由乙方担保物抵押，并永久承当相应责任。③口腔科内属于乙方的设备及资产由乙方自
