※“单位代码”栏填注册单位《组织机构代码证》代码号，且必须填。
※“聘用单位类型”栏：凡注册单位具有工程造价咨询企业资质的，申请人选填“有造价咨询资质”，并在“造价咨询单位资质证号编号”栏填写建设行政主管部门颁发的资质证书编号;注册单位没有工程造价咨询企业资质的，则全部选填“无造价咨询资质”。
4、在“基本情况”窗口下方打开相应扫描件窗口，阅读“扫描件上传方法”。点击“浏览”，选择本机器预先扫描好的对应图片并打开，再点击“上传”按钮，直至窗口出现相应扫描件。
※申请人应事先将照片、身份证、人事档案关系证明、执业资格证、毕业证、劳动合同证明、社保证明扫描至计算机或拷贝。每份扫描件只能为一页图片，因此，所有证书类只扫描有照片、姓名、证号、颁发单位印章的内芯，封面不用扫描(若证件姓名和证号不在同一页，需将两页拼接为一张图片)。扫描件必须保存为jpg图片格式，每张图片必须小于100K。
5、点击左侧导航栏中“工作经历”按钮进入“从事造价业务工作经历”窗口，每点击一次“填写”按钮可填一段工作经历，每段工作经历填一个代表性工作业绩，其中带“*”的项为必填项。填完一段工作经历点击“保存”按钮后，可继续点击“填写”按钮填下一段工作经历。在界面中“上报”链接是指上报到建设部的档案库中，记录个人的信息。在已填写的信息没有上报之前可以进行修改、删除操作。上报后则不能进行修改、删除操作只能查看。
