推广工程是为了适应基层卫生专业技术人员培训、卫生突发事件应急培训，以及面向全体在职卫生人员开展的培训需要〔如职业道德法规教育〕，由卫生部或省〔自治区、直辖市〕卫生厅〔局〕组织和批准的工程〔包括现代远程教育工程〕。
4、市级Ⅰ类
市州继续医学教育委员会评审公布的继续医学教育工程。
〔二〕Ⅱ类学分
自学、发表论文、科研立项、单位组织的学术活动等其它形式的继续医学教育活动。
第五条 学分计算方法
〔一〕Ⅰ类学分计算方法
1、参加国家级的继续医学教育工程活动，经考核合格者，按每３小时授予１学分；主讲人按每小时授予２学分。每个工程所授学分数最多不超过10学分。
2、参加省级继续医学教育工程活动，经考核合格者按每６小时授予１学分；主讲人按每小时授予１学分。每个工程所授学分数最多不超过６学分。
