三、今后五年工作的打算及举措
抓住西安主城区不断扩大的历史机遇，依托浐灞新区和纺织城振兴改造，经过五年努力，形成以商贸业为根底，兴旺效劳业相配套的产业格局，到2022年，地区根本完成全部城中村改造；商贸新城框架初步构建，区域性商贸开展高地功能显现；根本建成城市新型居住区；方便快捷的交通网络根本形成，道路交通体系日趋完善，水电暖和天然气等配套设施完备，效劳功能全面提升,地区居住人口到达20万人,各项经济指标实现翻番:财政收入到达8000万元,社会固定投资到达40亿元,社会消费品零售总额到达18亿元，人均年纯收入突破2万元。通过三年努力,使十里铺成为西安城东市场体系兴旺、高档商贸业集聚、效劳功能完善、开展环境优越，城市特色鲜明的宜人居住、宜商集聚的城市新区。
