经济开展规划〔2022-2022年〕
历城区南部山区〔以下简称南部山区〕是我市南部山区的核心区域，生态环境良好，名胜古迹众多，区位优势明显。为加快推进南部山区生态环境保护，开展山区经济，促进生态改善与富民惠民步入良性循环轨道，特制定本规划。
一、开展根底
南部山区包括仲宫镇、西营镇、柳埠镇、港沟街道办事处及彩石镇南部山区丘陵地带，涉及330个行政村，507个自然村，面积793平方公里，，分别占全区的61%和30%，%%。“十一五〞时期，市委、市政府高度重视南部山区的保护与开展，实施了一系列保护生态、开展经济、改善民生的措施，取得了显著成效。
〔一〕切实加强生态建设，生态环境持续改善。一是大力实施造林绿化行动和“三川增绿〞生态建设工程，形成了片、线、点相结合的林业生态体系。2022年，南部山区生态林面积到达30万亩，森林覆盖率到达57%，高出全市27个百分点。二是加强水系生态建设，，实施了水库除险加固、河道治理、农村饮水、生态水保等一大批水利工程，在防洪调洪、
