13、构建南宁市科技信息网，将节点延伸到县〔区〕、乡〔镇〕、村、企业示范点105个。
14、对6个农村专业技术协会开展试点扶持，促进农业区域化开展，推行“协会+农户+市场〞的产销经营规模，实现规模效益。
15、围绕30个科技示范村，创立南宁市农村实用技术配送体系，定期召开农业科技成果配对洽谈会，为农村区域农业经济提供全程技物配送效劳。
16、在南宁市蔬菜研究所新建一个2000多平方米能同时供100多名学生参观的育苗遮阳网棚。
17、南宁市气象局制作完成?地形雨?、?侗族风雨桥?等气象科普宣传片，在中央电视台10频道播出，参加“第八届全国优秀科技音像制品奖〞评选，获1个一等奖，1个二等奖。
18、在城北区科普示范城区建科普长廊、科普活动中心、科普宣传队、社区网站，办科普培训。
19、开展“三下乡〞和“四进社区〞活动。
崇左市
1、开展“文化、科技、卫生〞三下乡活动，组织科技集市62次，科技人员下乡7万多人次，发放资料27万份，电影下乡134场，。
2、培训农村文化敢干1700名，，医务人员培训班111期，培训12820人。
3、建立村级文化活动室272个。
4、组织29个工程参加广西科技活动周，组织农民5200人次参观学****br/>5、开展“依靠科学防治禽流感〞宣传，张贴挂图4200张，发放资料 ，850名畜牧人员入村屯开展防治工作，发放药品650万元，疫苗防治330万羽。
6、全市七县〔区、市〕组织召开科普联席会14次，开展市级大中型科普活动14次。
