1、农业结构调整缓慢，大部分农民思想观念陈旧 ，局限于传统的物作方式，缺乏现代农业意识和科学知识。
2、全村整体环境保护意识淡弱，绿化不到位，村容村貌环境卫生较差。
3、未发挥该村资源丰富，大气环境质量好，交通便利的优势。
4、投资资金缺乏。
