〔七〕解决住宿职工间的日常发生的矛盾与问题，较大的问题如实向上级汇报。
〔八〕做好住宿职工管理工作，住宿房间床位人员编制文件存档或上墙，标准管理。
〔九〕配合公司各管理部门，对住宿职工进行全面督查管理。
〔十〕自觉并有责任接受上级各部门对管理人员的考核、评估。
第三条 管理员日常工作要求
〔一〕按时进行交接班，认真填写公寓日常管理日志，对班内发生的事情、事件进行认真记录，重大事件要详细记载发生的时间、地点、人物、过程。
〔二〕按时完成好走廊、楼道、楼梯、洗手间、公益活动室、大门口院内等卫生清洁、清扫工作。
〔三〕管理好公益设施，电器设备有盘点与使用工作。如：电视、洗衣机、热水器、水池各种开关，清扫等。
〔四〕定期对室内的公共设备物品进行检查，填写好记录。
〔五〕保护并保存使用好消防灭火设备及电力电控设备。
〔六〕督查违章，违纪职工与现象。如：点电炉子，室内起火做饭，电器设备取暖，乱接电源线破坏电源设备等。
