妊娠第一个月
◎ 妊娠第一个月是指孕妇从末次月经第一天算起四周以内的时间。
◎ 生理特点:
如果孕妇的月经周期为28-30天,妊娠第二周末精卵结合。受精后约4天,分裂成细胞团的精卵沿着输卵管到达子宫。第三周,细胞团脱去外膜,为着床作准备。第四周,胚胞已牢固地种植入子宫里。
妊娠三至妊娠第一个月四周,称为胎芽期。胎芽身上0。5-1厘米,状如小海马。
◎ 孕妇须知:
在妊娠第一个月大部分孕妇没有什么反应。
第一个月是神经管、四肢、眼睛开始分化时期,此时一旦遇到有害物质,这些组织和器官的细胞就停止发育而残缺不全,出现畸形。
不要到剧院、舞厅、商店等人集聚的地方,避免与患流感、风疹、传染性肝炎等患者接触。尽量不用药。病毒和药物都可能影响宝宝的发育。
远离电磁污染,听音响、看电视时要保持一定的距离。尽量少用电脑、微波炉、手机等。暖气刚停的时候,孕妇不要睡电热毯,因为它可以产生电磁场,对孕妇和胎儿存在危害。
避免饮浓茶、浓咖啡及可乐型饮料,孕妇最理想的饮料是白开水。
洗衣要用肥皂,不宜用洗衣粉；洗碗要选用不含有害物质的洗洁精。
你在切生肉后一定要洗手,炒菜、吃涮羊肉等时一定要把肉炒熟涮透。以防生肉中的弓形体原虫感染胎儿。
淘米、洗菜不要将手直接浸入冷水中,寒冷刺激有诱发流产的危险。没有热水器的家庭要买几副胶皮手套。
妊娠第一个月,宝宝需要的营养并不多。不过从现在开始必须培养良好的饮食衡。
