What is the Performance Management Process “PMP”?
An ongoing series of activities designed to ensure that performance at all levels of anization is optimized to achieve business results.
A process which serves to link strategy with individual and group performance.
A process which serves to develop critical talent and ensure the future ess of anization.
It measures results achieved petencies used.

Accessing the Database
There are two ways to access your PMP:
The first way to access your PMP:
Open the PMP database in the Lotus Notes Client by clicking on a link furnished by your business unit HR Manager. Once you open the link, it will be added to your desktop. After clicking on this link, you will go directly to the Strategic Management System “SMS” Integrated AIM/PMP Application.
