甲乙双方一致同意在甲方交接本区域前，乙方应先预付甲方首月租金，人民币 _

标准展示。甲方不参与或干预乙方的经营活动。但若乙方在租赁区域从事任何非法的或 违反法规的行为或没有得到甲方同意的情况下擅自改变经营范围， 甲方有权单方面地终
止本协议，收回租赁区域及没收押金和租金。
