输血科工作制度
一、在院长及输血管理委员会的领导和监督下，认真执行卫生部?医疗机构临床用血管理方法?、?临床输血技术标准?及?遂宁市医疗机构临床供血及医院输血科〔血库〕工作标准?和相关的法律法规。
二、完成射洪县沱牌中心卫生院各临床科室用血库存，保证本医院的临床用血，推进和指导医院成份用血，收集调查临床用血中心反响意见及存在问题，并及时处理、上报。向临床医生提供现代输血技术指导。
三、严格执行临床用血的各项规章制度，操作规程，拒绝过失事故发生。禁止自采自用，保证临床用血平安。
四、输血科按每月统计我院临床用血量〔全血和细胞成份量〕，将本院用血情况报告院部，并通报全院。
五、加强与中心血站的协作，配合临床开展输血诊断和输血治疗工作。
六、协助当地卫生行政部门做好血液监督管理工作。

血库工作人员岗位职责
1、严格遵守规章制度及各项操作规程。
2、准时上岗，坚守工作岗位。
3、检查开工前的准备工作情况，作好工作准备。
4、查看并记录各贮血冰箱的温度并按要求记录。
5、清点库内各血型血液〔浆〕，出入库数量，有方案订购血液。
6、监督输血前检查，并做好输血前检查记录工作。
7、负责接受血型的鉴定与交叉配血。
8、负责发放血液，并做好记录。
9、严格控制输血感染和掌握输血反响情况，并及时处理。
10、负责带教在血库进修、实****的人员。
11、做好本岗位的平安、消毒、卫生及各种设备仪器正常使用的记录工。
