2、 职责
（1）项目部职责：
负责所施工工程项目的全面管理；
b、负责质量计划/施工组织设计的编制和实施；
c、负责施工现场的物资管理；
d、负责施工现场安全防护和文明施工管理；
e、负责劳务分包和工程分包的现场管理；
f、负责现场设备、计量器具的使用、维修和日常保养；
g、负责施工记录的收集整理；
h、负责现场轻微、一般不合格品的处置；
ｉ、负责施工现场产品（物资、成品、半成品）的防护；
ｊ、负责检验批、分项工程的验收；
K、负责施工过程各种信息的数据分析，并采取纠正/预防措施。
（2）项目负责人职责：
负责与建设单位、监理单位、总包单位及上级主管部门的联系，及时反馈顾客
信息，办理工程变更和分部分项工程验收；
负责对新工人进行质量、安全方面的培训；
负责掌握、控制安装工程的成本情况并进行调整；
负责组织对四新技术进行推广指导；
主持全面质量、安全管理工作，定期召开质量、安全分析会，制定管理措施并落实管理责任；
负责按照经批准的质量计划/施工组织设计合理组织施工；
根据工程进度提出劳动力及设备计划报分公司批准；
负责落实成品、半成品的保护措施；
负责纠正预防措施的实施；
负责材料的监督管理，严禁使用不合格材料并对此负责。
（3）项目保管员职责：
按照材料验收标准进行现场材料的验收，把好材料的质量关、数量关、单据关，
做好验收记录，保存有关料具的证明材料；
及时办理材料的入库管理，登记帐卡做好标识；
