专家经验报告会心得体会
听专家教授作报告，确实是种享受，他们循循善诱，列举了大量的教育实例，言辞诚恳，让人不由得不被感染。听各位专家谈班级管理的种种，我不禁反思，自己配当班主任吗？与这些名师相比，在平日的教育教学中，我对学生，爱，深度不够；严，力度缺乏。我在寻求班级管理的方法，名师们在追求班级管理的艺术。按年龄说，我也应该算做老班主任了吧。但要说管理经验，却谈不上半点。因为我总是跟着感觉走，缺乏理性的思考与总结。自以为工作很细致，但现在看来，自己还有很多闪失之处。听优秀班主任们交流如何管理班级，我只有自愧不如的感慨，因为面对愈来愈追求个性的学生，我经常感觉黔驴技穷，记得郭宝向主任在级部会上曾经说过，“只要思想不滑坡，方法总比困难多。〞看来，我必须得潜下心来多向其他班主任学****与效仿了。
浇花先浇根，育人要育心。 班级从组建到现在，困扰我很久的一个问题是说闲话违纪者甚众。虽然，我也动了不少脑子，想了不少方法，可都是收效甚微。不是说不起作用，每一种新方法实施开后，在短时间内也能起到一定效果，但时间一长，也就疲沓了。没方法，只好另想一种对付他们的惩罚方法。
现在想来，还是我方法欠缺，一味地想着如何去“罚〞，而从来不舍得在“导〞上下功夫。如果像高密的康成中学一样，给他一个“喧哗十分钟〞，结果就应该大相径庭了吧？今后多顺应孩子的天性，少一些关、卡、压，教育会更有效。
