1. 基 本 要 求
性别年龄要求
性别：不限
年龄：男60岁/女55岁以下
教育要求
学历要求：本科以上学历，取得学士或以上学位
专业要求：康复治疗科相关专业
从业资格要求
执业资格：执业医师，并获主治医师或以上职称
工作经验：具备五年以上的康复治疗科主治医师经验和一定的管理经验

2. 知 识 技 能 要 求
根底技能要求
掌握康复医学专业的根底理识，掌握论和专业知康复治疗科常见疾病诊疗理论与标准。
掌握包括医用物理根底、康复评定、物理治疗学、作业治疗学、言语治疗学等康复治疗学的根底理论。
专业技能要求
了解与康复医学相关的医学影像诊断学、临床检验学及药学理论知识。
了解与康复医学相关的神经病学、骨科学、运动医学、内科学、外科学、妇产科、儿科、老年病学及其他专科疾病的根底理论知识。
其他要求
能维护与执行医院的重大决策,并发动和带着科室员工共同遵守。
具备较强的管理意识，被公认为有较高的管理能力。
熟悉康复治疗科专业在国内外及本地区的现状及开展趋势，具有一定的医疗市场洞察力和开发能力。
具有良好的处理人际关系的能力，能和医
