二、加快开展步伐，坚持效劳至上的理念不动摇
良好的就医环境和必备的医疗设备是医院开展的根本保证。一是要加快推进医院门诊楼建设，医院将成立专门的班子，严标准、抢时间、抓进度、强管理、倒排工期，确保门诊楼年底投入使用。二是着力改善住院环境，切实解决住院病人的后顾之忧，
