平安播出管理规定播送中心实施细那么

总那么
为指导和标准播送电台、付费播送频率播出机构〔以下统称播送中心〕平安播出管理工作，根据?播送电视平安播出管理规定?，制订本实施细那么。
本实施细那么适用于播送中心的技术系统配置及运行、维护、技术管理工作。
根据所播出节目的覆盖范围，播送中心平安播出保障等级分为一级、二级、三级，一级为最高保障等级。保障等级越高，对播送中心技术系统配置、运行维护、预防突发事件、应急处置等方面的保障要求越高。有条件的播送中心应提升平安播出保障等级。
〔一〕省级以上播送电台及其它播出上星节目的播送中心应到达一级保障要求；
〔二〕副省级城市和省会城市播送电
