当前业务流程及信息系统应用现状评价：社团沿用由经验和****惯的工作方式形成的业务流程，缺点是责权不清，一个流程反复在几个部门中，时间跨度大，不紧凑。不过社团成员对现代化管理方法和手段使用积极性高。管理根底比拟好，具有一定的计算机管理应用根底，到目前为止，各个部都有一台以上的计算机，初步实现了社员资料计算机化，财务管理电算化。但信息管理不系统、不标准，正在运行的管理软件仅仅涉及了管理工作的某个局部，缺乏整体考虑。
