多以“病-证结合”的方法复制中医证型动物模型，通过文献总结发现存在用药
剂量、造模时间、造模流程叙述不清，甚至模型运用不合理的问题。为归纳探索中医证型便
秘模型的造模方法，通过文献综述的方式，归纳阐述脾虚型便秘、血虚型便秘、阳虚型便秘、
津亏性便秘的现有造模方法，造模流程以及评价标准。

Abstract: Compared with western medicine, the treatment of constipation by traditional Chinese
medicine has the advantages of better long-term efficacy and less side effects, but the research on
the treatment mechanism is not perfect. In order to study the specific mechanism of the treatment
of constipation by traditional Chinese medicine, it is very important to establish a scientific and
reasonable animal model of traditional Chinese
