2、供水业务
用户提出供水申请→业务开展中心组织现场勘估→确定供水方案→与自来水公司签订供用水合同→委托供水设计〔至泵房〕→向自来水公司提出设备选型清单，以此为依据进行设计→委托施工单位→预算谈判、与施工单位的合同签订→进场施工→组织验收。
办理临时施工用水手续流程
〔1〕到供水业务开展中心领取“用水申请表〞、“工程建设用水方案审核表〞；
〔2〕按表格要求填写并加盖公章后，附①建设批文复印件，②1/500总平图〔施工范围内〕； ③地块综合管网图，④建筑室内给排水施工图，送交业务洽谈处；
〔3〕5个工作日内勘查院到现场勘察，拟定节水方案报上级审批。
〔4〕接到通知后，签订?城市供用水合同?；
〔5〕付清有关费用，完善各项手续，3个工作日内委托施工；
〔6〕具备施工条件的，DN50mm一下口径管道安装30日内通水，DN50mm以上口径管道安装严格按照合同工期规定的时限通水；
〔7〕临时施工用水期限届满时，假设施工周期延长，须办理延期手续。施工完毕，需办理正式供水手续。
