申请学校教育基金资助管理方法〔试行〕
一、指导思想与发展目标
为深入贯彻落实《教育规划纲要》，充分发挥学校公派出国交流学习的优势及政策导向和带动作用，进一步推动学校与世界知名大学和机构的合作，促进多元文化交流，提高学生的创新意识、实践能力和国际竞争力，充分、科学、高效地使用东南大学教育基金中出国〔出境〕交流学习专项资助基金，特制订本方法。
二、组织与领导
成立东南大学教育基金学生出国〔境〕交流学习资助工作领导小组〔以下简称领导小组〕，统一组织评审并确定资助的项目及资助计划工作。

三、资助计划
1. 资金来源：东南大学教育基金中出国〔境〕交流学习专项资助基金。
2. 资助名额：名额将根据基金提供单位设立的名额和其他相关附设条件确定。基金提供单位未指定名额和条件的，由领导小组根据专项资助基金的数量，综合我校学生出国〔境〕交流学习的实际情况予以确定。
3. 资助范围及对象：已通过我校考核、作为东南大学出国〔境〕交流学习优秀本科生予以推荐并已获得国〔境〕外一流高校或学术机构的优势学科、专业录取或邀请，将赴国〔境〕外交流学习的全日制在读本科二年级〔含〕以上优秀学生。
4. 交流学习期限：3-12个月。
四、资助标准和内容
资助标准和内容将以基金提供单位所提出的要求执行。基金提供单位未提出明确要求的，由领导小组根据我校学生出国〔境〕交流学习的实际情况予以确定。
