皮肤美容专业人员培训方案（草）
培养目标：
通过系统培养，使皮肤美容专科医师掌握美容皮肤科相关学科的基本知识；掌握损容性皮肤病发病的病因、机理资格以上的主诊医师。
医疗用房：建筑面积不少于200平方米；每室独立；手术室净使用面积不少于20平方米；诊室每美容治疗床净使用面积不少于6平方米。
设备：手术床和成套美容外科手术器械、无影灯、紫外线消毒灯、高压蒸气灭菌设备、电凝器、电动吸引器、离子喷雾器、多功能美容仪、皮肤磨削机、激光治疗机、电冰箱、消毒柜、具有上网功能的计算机、具有与开展的诊疗科目相应的其他设备。
制度：制定各项规章制度、人员岗位责任制;有国家制定或认可的医疗美容技术操作规范、感染管理规范、消毒技术规范，并成册可用。
从业人员具有资格证和教学资格证。
经中国医师协会皮肤科医师分会医学美容学组专家组认定。
