杏园村党员活动日制度
党员活动日制度是加强党的建设和标准党员活动的重要内容，是党组织的重要职责。为标准党员活动，注重实效，制定本制度。
一、活动形式
1、党日活动要充分利用村业余党校开展，要形式多样，可以读报学****可以组织讨论，可以讨论村务，也可以参观考察等〔如出市外出考察须报乡党委部门备案〕；
2、各村根据党员队伍的实际情况，可以按年龄结构、行业区别等对党员进行分组归类，各组分别进行党日活动，如分为老年组，农村组，企业组等。

二、活动时间
1、原那么上定为每月15日；
2、各村特别是对党日活动进行分类管理的村可以根据具体情况灵活确定时间，建议老年组在白天进行，农村组在晚上进行，企业组可以根据生产闲忙情况另行确定。
三、活动内容
1、根据乡党委布置的内容开展党日活动；
2、就村级阶段性中心工作及村级重大事项开展商量讨论；
3、组织学****活动，学****活动内容主要有：
〔1〕马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表〞重要思想及党和国家领导人的讲话、报告、文章等；
〔2〕市委、市政府；乡党委、乡政府下发的文件；
〔3〕法律、法规；
〔4〕?党章?、中国党史、党的根本知识、党建、党风、党纪方面的条例、文献、刊物文章；
〔5〕现代科学文化知识等。
4、召开组织生活会，开展批评与自我批评。
5、组织讲座活动，讲座活动内容主要有：
〔1〕邀请上级领导或有关党务工作者作党史、党建等方面的讲座；
〔2〕邀请公、检、法等部门的专人人才作法律法规讲座等；
〔3〕邀请专家或市、乡专业技术人员作专业技术讲座。
6、组织党员到市内外的三个文明建设先进单位参观学****br/>7、参加义务劳动或为民效劳活动。
