大召营镇代店村已完成村庄建设规划，旧村内局部无人居住房屋已完成撤除工作，村民已自发将旧村周围局部闲散地整理为耕地。

二、古墉村资料简介
古墉一期位于大召营镇西部。，拆旧范围主要是涉及代店村旧村的全部区域，地理坐标介于东经113°45′12″- 113°45′34″之间，北纬35°16′51″- 35°17′01″之间。工程区建新区依托向西开展，。
规划区内地势平整，根本无现状建筑，周围市政道路状况良好，与大召营镇以及新乡市联系顺畅，交通便捷。用地周边无配套设施，且有一高压线沿路由东到西穿越整个用地范围，对本地块的建设产生了不利的影响。，新增耕地率为100%。
自然条件：地处中纬度地区，属于暖温带大陆性季风型气候，季风进退和四季清楚。春季枯燥少雨，冷暖多变，多发春旱；夏季炎热高温，降水集中；秋季天高气爽，气候宜人；冬季寒冷寡照，较少雨雪。冬春季多东北风，夏季多西南风。该地区属于富水区，水位13米，完全能满足现状需水量。
经济条件：工程涉及人口1367人，335户，农民人均收入5633元左右。主要农作物为小麦、玉米、花生等。农村就业多以农业劳动为主，农业人口比重较大，城镇化水平低。工程区土地利用率低，村内闲散地较多，空心村现象严重。村内房屋多为一层老砖房，撤除本钱较低。工程区经济水平处河南省上游水平。
土地利用结构和权属面积：。城镇村及工矿用地-，占总面积的100%。工程区涉及大召营镇代店村。土地权属性质为集体所有，工程区土地详查和确权工作已经完成，工程区土地权属明晰，界线清楚，无权属纠纷问题。
农村建设现状：规模小，布局散乱，设施滞后，村落建设现状属于典型的农村社区结构和景观，村级道路绿化整体较差，村庄居民点公共卫生设施建设水平较低，村内尚无固定的生活垃圾堆放点，垃圾随意倾倒普遍，村庄环境和周边水体污染较严重。
