  〔五〕社会访察。考核机关可通过走访、座谈和发放调查表等多种形式,了解和掌握领导干部在社交圈、生活圈中的表现情况。
  〔六〕重点调查。考核机关可协同有关部门对群众反映相对集中的问题,进行重点调查核实。
  考核机关也可根据实际情况,采取其他方式了解和掌握领导班子及领导干部的具体情况。
  第六条  考核机关应做好领导班子和领导干部平时考核信息、资料的积累及整理工作,建立健全领导班子和领导干部考核档案。

  第七条  任职考核是指考核机关对拟提任上一级党政领导职务的人选,按照?条例?规定所进行的全面考察、核实、评价。
  第八条 任职考核的时机和考核对象的产生方式,由上级党委〔党组〕或考核机关根据领导职位空缺情况和工作需要,在征求用人单位党委〔党组〕意见后研究确定。
  第九条  任职考核的考核对象除应具备?条例?规定的根本条件和资格外,一般应为拟提职级的后备干部。
  第十条  任职考核的根本程序:
  〔一〕民主推荐,确定考核对象;
  〔二〕考核准备;
  〔三〕量化考核评价;
  〔四〕个别谈话;
  〔五〕调查核实;
