设备维修与保养
1、设备运行期间，维修工必须经常在设备周围巡视，时刻注意设备的运行情况，发现问题及时解决。

2、但凡在设备生产区工作的任何人员必须佩戴平安帽，高空作业要系平安带。
3、维修工在检修设备〔尤其是在滚筒、拌锅等危险地方〕时，必须拉下总电源，沥拌站可将急停按钮拍下，操作员必须坚守岗位，禁止任何人启动机器。
4、维修结束后，操作员需鸣警报，确保工作人员全部撤离危险地方后，方可开机试运行。
5、定期清理配电柜中的杂物及各元器件上的灰尘，每天清扫电机散热片上的灰尘，防止电机过热。
6、工作人员清理皮带时，不可站在皮带上方，不可戴套袖、围巾等饰物，必须系好衣服钮扣，以免刮在机器上损伤身体。
7、每天停机后，维修工必须做好设备的保养工作，确保机械的正常运行。
车辆的管理
铲车在运料过程中，必须注意场地周围是否有人，铲车上料时注意观察捅料工的位置，尽量降低铲斗以免碰伤人员。
运输车辆进场时，要减慢行驶速度，听从指挥，严禁插队。
运输车辆停至成品仓下后，司机不可进入车后厢以免放料时误伤。
运输车辆不能在斜皮带下穿行，防止刮碰皮带，影响正常工作。
