二、合格报价人资格要求：
1、具有建设部颁发的城市规划编制乙级以上〔含乙级〕资质的单位；
2、经过工商行政管理机关年审合格的具有独立法人资格；
三、工程概况:详见用户需求书。
四、领取询价文件时间、递交报价文件时间、报价截止时间、开封时间及地点：〔北京时间〕
1、报名时间：2009年6月22日—6月26日上午8：30～12：00，下午2：30～5：30 。请各投标单位提供以下资料报名：询价项目报名表〔格式见附件一〕、资质证书原件及复印件、营业执照原件及复印件、法定代表人证明书和法定代表人委托证明书。
2、报名和递交报价文件地点：坦洲镇城建大楼808室
3、递交报价文件截止时间：2009年6月26日下午5：30 。
4、报价开封时间：2009年6月29日上午10：30。
5、报价文件开封及评审地点：坦洲镇城建大楼301室
五、本次报价在本邀请函规定的时间和地点接收。
六、采购人将不负责报价人准备报价文件和递交报价文件所发生的任何成本或费用。
