〔一〕社会保险费;〔二〕劳动保护费;〔三〕福利费;〔四〕用人单位与员工解除劳动关系时支付的一次性补偿费;〔五〕方案生育费;〔六〕其他不属于工资的费用。
第四条本条例所称标准工资,是指员工在正常工作时间内为用人单位提供正常劳动应得的劳动报酬,但不包括以下各项:
〔一〕支付周期超过一个月的劳动报酬,如季度奖、半年奖、年终奖、年底双薪以及按照季度、半年、年结算的业务提成等;〔二〕无确定支付周期的劳动报酬,如一次性的奖金、津贴、补贴等;用人单位支付给员工的标准工资不得低于最低工资。
第五条用人单位应当按时、足额支付员工工资。
第六条工资应当以货币形式支付,不得以实物等非货币形式支付。
