混凝土搅拌站平安操作规程
1 混凝土搅拌站的安装，应由专业人员按出厂说明书规定进行，并应在技术人员主持下，组织调试，在各项技术性能指标全部符合规定并经验收合格后，方可投产使用。
2 与搅拌站配套的空气压缩机、皮带输送机及混凝土搅拌机等设备，应执行相对应的操作规程。
3 作业前检查工程应符合以下要求：
(1)搅拌筒内和各配套机构的传动、运动部位及仓门、斗门、轨道等均无异物卡住；
(2)各润滑油箱的油面高度符合规定；
(3)翻开阀门排放气路系统中气水别离器的过多积水，翻开贮气筒排污螺塞放出油水混合物；
(4)提升斗或拉铲的钢丝绳安装、卷筒缠绕均正确，钢丝绳及滑轮符合规定，提升料斗及拉铲的制动器灵敏有效；
(5)各部螺栓已紧固，各进、排料阀门无超限磨损，各输送带的张紧度适当，不跑偏；
(6)称量装置的所有控制和显示局部工作正常，其精度符合规定；
(7)各电气装置能有效控制机械动作，各接触点和动、静触头无明显损伤。
