通过组织与指导学生共同参与设计自己的“温馨教室，温馨生活〞，着力以优秀的班级文化凝聚人心、标准言行、引导成长、促进开展。让大家感到自己是集体的主人，以更积极的态度参与学校生活。我的理解中“温馨教室，温馨生活〞是指一种民主，温馨，和谐，高品位特点的育人环境，首先它要有温馨，舒适的硬环境〔班级布置〕建设，但更主要的是温馨，和谐的软环境〔师生关系，班级文化等〕建设．目的是营造一个载体，为学生心理和人格的健康成长，创造一个和谐气氛，使教室、校园成为师生共同成长的精神家园。
