综合上述，发生安全事故的最根本的原因：一是人的思想不重视，无责任心，安全意识差；二是机械设备安全保护性能差，施工人员操作不标准：三是安全防护措施不到位，可靠性差。为防止发生安全事故，必须抓住事故发生的根本原因，
