文档介绍：of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of t息宣传目标考核制度。根据各单位职能职责，局里研究制定了各单位的年度信息宣传稿件上报任务〔见附件1〕。各单位要严格按照局里下达的任务，不折不扣地抓好落实。局里将对信息宣传工作实行目标管理，将信息宣传任务完成情况列为单位年终综合考核的重要内容之一，并作为评先树优的重要依据，严格兑现奖惩。
〔三〕建立信息报送情况通报制度。信息宣传稿件上报情况实行每月一通报，由局信息中心将上月的稿件报送和采纳情况在全系统进行通报，并排知名次。各单位要在每月月底，将本月信息宣传采用稿件复印件报局信息中心，对不按时报送的不作统计。
〔四〕建立信息宣传奖惩制度。为充分调动信息宣传工作人员的积极性，对按时完成信息宣传任务的单位给予表彰奖励〔具体奖励标准见附件2〕。各单位要严格按照奖励标准，将奖励资金兑现到撰稿人。市建设局将进行跟踪督导，对不按时兑现奖金的将进行严肃批评。凡在规定时限内不能按时完成任务的单位，单位主要负责人要向局分管领导说明情况；

假设连续两个月不能完成任务的，予以通报批评；假设连续三个月不能完成任务的，取消年终评先树优资格。年终，凡不能完成年度信息宣传任务的单位，按目标缺额的两倍对单位进行经济处分。
〔五〕建立信息宣传扎口制度。系统内所有接受市级以上新闻媒体采访或涉及政治敏感性问题的宣传报道，必须经局信息中心审核把关。
〔六〕建立信息宣传员培训制度。为提高信息宣传员的素质和业务水平，各单位要高度重视信息宣传人才的选拔和培养，采取集
