对于中学生来说，培养他们良好的反思习惯尤为重要。因此，在教育教学中，我们引导学生采用反思的方法进行学习，培养学生养成良好的反思习惯,使学生在反思中不断提高学习效果。主要表达在以下方面：
1、学生的理解水平不断提高
中学的根底教育中“重结果，轻过程〞的现象普遍存在，教师在教学中往往只是以知识传授为中心，却无视引导学生对知识产生的过程及知识本身进行反思，因此学生不会学习，上课完全是“陪吃听讲〞不积极思考，做作业只是应付任务，学习没有钻研的意识，学习能力得不到提高。只有通过不断反思，把经历提升为经验，学生的理解水平才能提高，学习才具备了真正的价值和意义。

2、能防止错误
学生在不知不觉中一次又一次的学习反思过程，利用作业订正，引导学生分析自己这道题解错或解不出的原因并以文字形式写在错题旁边，促进加强反思。知其然还知其所以然。
3、提高学生的自学能力
学生养成自学习惯，掌握的自学方法，将对学生今后的学习成长起到不可估量的极影响。从目前情况看来，学生思维还不是很活泼、积
