四、创立策略与措施
〔一〕第一阶段——组织学****宣传发动、特色工程创立阶段〔2022年3月——2022年7月〕
1、成立专门的领导小组机构：
组 长：侯景全
副 组 长：张作山 杨宇光
成 员：主任及所有教师
领导小组机构负责制订特色学校建设方案与工作的指导、开展。
2、投入经费、创造条件
为确保艺术特色教育的实施落实，在充分利用本校资源的根底上，我校方案争取上级支持，建立设备设施完善的书法室、音乐室、舞蹈室等专用场室。并按要求为书法、音乐老师配备需要的专用器材，以确保艺术教育活动的顺利开展。
3、积极宣传发动，坚持全员参与的工作策略。学校认真做好创立特色学校宣传工作，要求各个部门通力合作，积极探索，不断创新，努力做到方案完善，全力投入。同时全体教师要向学生和家长做好宣传和引导工作，了解学生的开展需要和家长的期望，激发学生对艺术的热爱，实现真正意义上的全员参与。
