扶持政策：政府投资或引资建设办公、仓储、物流、展示厅、体验中心、人才公寓等根底设施，完善图书室、会议室等配套设施，并制定了一系列优惠政策。
一是租金优惠。电商园内自建企业工程用地为商服用地，土地使用年限为40年。入驻企业可享受第一年50%、第二年30%、第三年20%的租金补贴，第四年开始全额收取。配套人才公寓租金优惠，入园企业员工享有第一年100%、第二年50%的租金补贴，第三年开始全额收取。
二是地价优惠。引进的企业自建工程用地按评估价为起始价挂牌出让，土地成交价款超出土地基准价的局部，由县财政作为根底设施建设资金奖励给企业。

三是税收奖励扶持政策。地税：入园企业缴纳的地税，前三年县财政将地方所得的50%奖励给企业作为扶持资金；国税：鼓励企业办理小规模纳税人，第一年县财政将地方所得的50%奖励给企业作为扶持资金；其中企业所得税：前三年由县财政按地方所得的100%给予奖励，后二年由县财政按地方所得的50%给予奖励。
四是知识产权奖励政策。入园企业开发使用新型专利，按照2000元/件进行奖励；获得国家、省、市级科技进步奖励的，且企业年缴纳税收100万元以上的，可分别按不超过20万元、10万元、5万元的标准给予奖励扶持。
五是建设配套网络设施。建设IDC机房，宽带出口为2—4G，实现环网备份，为园区企业提供主机托管、资源出租、系统仗义执言
