室内排水系统
管材及连接方式：室内生活排水管道管材地上部分采用芯层发泡UPVC管材及配件,承插粘接；室外排水管道采用双面釉缸瓦管，1：2水泥砂浆接口，室外排水检查井采用D800，圆形。
采暖管道：
管材及连接方式：管道采用NF3PP-R纳米复合管，热熔连接，管材与管件必须是同一厂家的产品，严禁掺插使用，暖气沟内的主干管采用厚50mm成品聚***脂保温管保温，外做玻璃钢保护壳，聚***脂氧指数大于30.

④消防系统：
管件及连接方式：本工程消防系统管道采用内外热镀锌钢管，丝接或法兰接。
11、工程特点：
本工程工期紧,任务重，工种交叉点较多，注意各工种之间的配合。
12、关键工序：
室内采暖PPR管敷设为关键工序，施工中必须保证试压合格后方可隐蔽。

2、 职责
（1）项目部职责：
负责所施工工程项目的全面管理；
b、负责质量计划/施工组织设计的编制和实施；
c、负责施工现场的物资管理；
d、负责施工现场安全防护和文明施工管理；
e、负责劳务分包和工程分包的现场管理；
f、负责现场设备、计量器具的使用、维修和日常保养；
g、负责施工记录的收集整理；
h、负责现场轻微、一般不合格品的处置；
ｉ、负责施工现场产品（物资、成品、半成品）的防护；
ｊ、负责检验批、分项工程的验收；
K、负责施工过程各种信息的数据分析，并采取纠正/预防措施。
