三、有条不紊备细节
刚参加工作不久，有一件小事，至今想起来都心有余悸。
当时刚做班主任，认真负责，兢兢业业，每件事都亲历亲为，包括教室门钥匙，也是自己拿着，结果，每天都要提前20分钟到校，唯恐迟到。哪天稍晚去一会儿，教室门口就会堵一堆学生，让领导批评过两次：“你们班怎么搞的？学生早上来了不进教室早读，满校园跑！”
就有老班主任教育我说：“你这样太累了，学生能做的事情就让学生自己做，找个离家近的学生拿钥匙不就行了。”
于是，把教室门钥匙安排给了一个很负责任的学生。之后，我果然轻松了不少，学生也总是早早地到校，从没有影响过上课。
但是，倒霉的钥匙事件就因此向我走来。
也许是因为我校在市中心的缘故吧，我们学校经常会承担社会上的一些***考试，比如职称考试、会计资格考试、全国高等教育自学考试等等，包括高考。

一个周末，学校又做考场，现在已记不清是什么重要考试了。监考老师安排的多是班主任，星期五下午开考务会、布置考场，然后就回家了。
第二天，准时到考务组开会、领试卷，当主任说“各班主任把考场门打开”时，我登时傻了——忘了给学生要钥匙！当时没有手机，也不是家家都有座机，我吓得不知所措，只好怯怯地去给领导说，校长阴沉着脸，说：“年轻人真靠不住，一句话交代不到就出事！”，
我红着脸说：“我去学生家去拿吧？”，“来得及么？”。眼看着考试时间就要到了，满校园的考生就要进考场了。
