招聘盛会，展现自我风采
三、活动背景
在2022年以来的全球的经济危机下，很多公司开始裁员，招聘需求大幅度减少，这使得中国的劳动力市场压力异常巨大。尤其是大学生的就业问题异常突出。为了帮助我校学生在毕业后更加具有竞争力，全方位地了解招聘的相关知识、技巧，以便在应对企业招聘时候能够更加得心应手，特地举行这次模拟招聘会。
四、活动目的
这次活动旨在为大学生与企业的零距离接触提供平台，能够让广阔同学亲身体验现场求职的实况哥气氛，从而全方位多角度的了解市场，提升自我。同时，通过与企业人员进行交流和沟通，能够更好的定位自己，并结合自身能力为自己尽早的规划就业方向和目标，更加现实的认识自己前程开展和就业形势，从而获得更多的技巧去面对将来的就业压力。
